Delete your TempText account & data

This page is for players of TempText (iOS and Android), published by Minute Long Solutions, LLC. Solo play does not require an account. Optional Play Games / Game Center sign-in, cloud relay, and our launch waitlist may create data we can delete on request.

How to request deletion

1. Email minutelongsolutions@gmail.com (or use our contact form).
2. Use the subject line: TempText account deletion request.
3. Include the Google account email you use with Google Play / Play Games (and your Apple ID email if you use Game Center or iCloud on iOS). Optionally add your Play Games player ID or nickname.
4. Wipe on-device data yourself: uninstall TempText, or use in-app Settings to clear history, stats, and Elo.
5. We will reply by email when your request has been completed.

Data we delete

When we can associate the request with you, Minute Long Solutions will delete:

• Launch waitlist email and optional name stored in our systems (if you joined before launch).
• Firebase Auth anonymous accounts and Firebase Realtime Database relay / match data that we control and can link to your request.
• Any other TempText cloud records we store for you (excluding platform-owned accounts).

Data deleted only on your device

Preferences, solve history, ranked Elo, and hint balances live on your device. Uninstall the app or clear them in Settings. We cannot remotely wipe a phone or tablet.

Data kept or not controlled by us

• Google Play purchase and refund records retained by Google for commerce and legal requirements.
• Play Games profile, achievements, and cloud saves held by Google — manage or delete via your Google Account / Play Games settings.
• AdMob advertising identifiers and Firebase Analytics events already sent to Google, under Google’s retention policies.
• Apple Game Center, CloudKit, and App Store purchase records under Apple’s control.

Retention

We process deletion requests within 30 days. After we delete your waitlist and Firebase data, we may keep a minimal request log (email address and request date) for up to 90 days for abuse and security, then delete that log. Purchase and legal records are retained only as required by Google, Apple, or applicable law.
