When you use our App, we automatically collect certain information, including:

• Facial position data during gameplay, which is processed on-device

Camera Data and Face Detection:

The App requires access to your device's camera to function. During gameplay, the App captures images of your face to analyze your reaction time and face direction. All face detection and processing occurs entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework - no face data, images, or facial recognition data is transmitted to our servers or any third parties. Images captured during gameplay are stored locally on your device for a maximum period of 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted. These images are used solely for gameplay analysis, slow-motion replay, and photo strip features within the App.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App
• Personalize your experience with the App
• Process and complete transactions
• Send you technical notices, updates, and administrative messages
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with the App
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities

3. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

Face Data and Images: We do NOT share, sell, or transmit any face data, facial images, or facial recognition data to third parties. All face detection and image processing occurs on your device, and images are stored locally only.

Other Personal Information: We may share your other personal information (such as game statistics, device information, and app usage data) as follows:

• With third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (excluding face data and images)
• If we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal process
• To protect the rights, property, and safety of our users or others
• In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business

Important: Face data, facial images, and any biometric data collected by the App are never shared with third parties under any circumstances.

4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Face Data and Images: All face data and images are stored exclusively on your device in the App's local storage directory. Images captured during gameplay are automatically deleted after 30 days. Face detection and processing are performed entirely on-device using Apple's Vision framework, and no face data or images are transmitted over the internet or stored on external servers.

Other Data: We use commercially reasonable safeguards to help keep the information collected through the App secure. However, please note that no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

5. DATA RETENTION

Face Data and Images: Images captured during gameplay are stored locally on your device and automatically deleted after 30 days. Face detection data (such as face direction and pose information) is processed in real-time during gameplay and is not stored beyond the current game session, except for aggregated game statistics (scores, reaction times) which are stored locally in the App.

Other Data: Game statistics, performance data, and other personal information are stored locally on your device for as long as you use the App. You can delete this data at any time by deleting the App from your device.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, you have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

• The right to access personal information we hold about you
• The right to request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information
• The right to request that we delete your personal information
• The right to restrict or object to our processing of your personal information

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.
