By downloading, installing, or using MojiJoin - Emoji Merge Adventure (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

MojiJoin is a puzzle game application that allows users to merge emoji halves to create complete expressions. The App includes various game modes, categories, achievements, and statistics tracking features.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Minute Long Solutions, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

User Content

MojiJoin does not collect or store user-generated content. All game data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Minute Long Solutions, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Payment and Refunds

MojiJoin is available for purchase through the Apple App Store for $1.99 USD. All payments are processed by Apple, and refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

Updates and Modifications

We may release updates to the App to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed on your device through the App Store.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINUTE LONG SOLUTIONS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Minute Long Solutions, LLC from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

Entire Agreement
