By downloading, installing, or using LexiCombo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Minute Long Solutions, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

LexiCombo is a word puzzle game for iOS devices that allows users to:

• Merge lowercase letters to create uppercase letters
• Form words using the created uppercase letters
• Play across 7 different word categories
• Track game statistics and achievements locally
• Enjoy offline gameplay with no internet connection required

3. License and Usage Rights

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LexiCombo on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

4. Payment and Refunds

LexiCombo is available for purchase through the Apple App Store for $1.99 USD. This is a one-time purchase that includes all features with no additional in-app purchases or subscription fees.

All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy and must be requested through the App Store.

We do not process refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support for any refund requests.

5. Privacy and Data

LexiCombo is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or usage data. All game progress and statistics are stored locally on your device.

6. System Requirements

LexiCombo requires:

• iOS 18.6 or later
• iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
• Approximately 50 MB of available storage space

We are not responsible for any issues arising from incompatible devices or operating systems.

7. Intellectual Property

LexiCombo and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Minute Long Solutions, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The word lists used in the game are sourced from public domain vocabulary and are used for educational and entertainment purposes.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify LexiCombo from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. Updates will be available through the App Store.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using LexiCombo at any time by deleting the App from your device.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and all local data will be removed when you delete the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of California.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Minute Long Solutions, LLC regarding your use of LexiCombo.
