By downloading, installing, or using Genius Plus ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Minute Long Solutions, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Genius Plus is an on‑device music intelligence app for iOS that allows users to:

• Analyze local audio for BPM, key/chroma, timbre, energy entirely on device
• Create cohesive playlists and radio based on compatible keys, tempo, and energy
• Store derived metadata locally; we do not upload audio or library data
• Enjoy offline use with no internet connection required

3. License and Usage Rights

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use Genius Plus on your iOS device for personal, non‑commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

4. Payment, Trial, and Refunds

Genius Plus offers a 3‑hour free trial on first launch. Premium features (Analyze, Genius playlists, and Radio) require an active subscription or lifetime purchase.

Pricing: $4.99/year (auto‑renewable) or $12.99 lifetime. Prices may vary by region.

All payments and subscription management are handled by Apple via your App Store account. Refunds follow Apple’s policies and must be requested through the App Store. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Privacy and Data

Genius Plus is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or usage data. All analysis and derived metadata are stored locally on your device.

6. System Requirements

Genius Plus requires:

• iOS 13.0 or later
• iPhone or iPad
• Approximately 50 MB of available storage (additional space used for local caches)

We are not responsible for any issues arising from incompatible devices or operating systems.

7. Intellectual Property

Genius Plus and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Minute Long Solutions, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify Genius Plus from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. Updates will be available through the App Store.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using Genius Plus at any time by deleting the App from your device.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and all local data will be removed when you delete the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of California.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Minute Long Solutions, LLC regarding your use of Genius Plus.
