By downloading, installing, or using Bubble Quiz (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Bubble Quiz is an educational quiz application for iOS devices. The App allows you to create and take interactive quizzes with grade-level appropriate content, track your learning progress, and generate custom quizzes from web content.

Age Requirements

Bubble Quiz is rated 4+ (Everyone) and is suitable for all ages. However, if you are under the age of 13, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Transmitting harmful or malicious code
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Using the App to access or distribute inappropriate content
  • Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
  • Impersonating others or providing false information

Educational Content

Bubble Quiz provides educational content for learning purposes:

  • Use the App for legitimate educational purposes
  • Respect copyright when creating custom quizzes from web content
  • Do not use the App to create quizzes with inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  • Report any inappropriate content you encounter

Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Minute Long Solutions, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Use our trademarks or branding without permission
  • Create derivative works based on the App
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

User Content

Bubble Quiz allows you to create custom quizzes and store quiz data:

  • All quiz data (history, statistics, custom categories) is stored locally on your device
  • We do not have access to your quiz data or custom content
  • You are responsible for the content you create using the App
  • When creating quizzes from web content, ensure you have the right to use that content

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information. Bubble Quiz does not collect personal data, use tracking, or analytics.

Third-Party Services

Bubble Quiz may access web content for custom quiz creation:

  • Web Content Access: Optional feature to create quizzes from web pages
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and use any web content
  • We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of external websites

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

Educational Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate educational content, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of all quiz questions and answers. The App is provided for educational purposes and should be used as a learning tool, not as the sole source of educational information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minute Long Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time.

You are responsible for keeping the App updated to the latest version available in the App Store.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Uninstalling the App will delete all local quiz data.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the courts of Georgia, United States.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
